I’m always looking to work with more solid contractors like you. So I figured I’d make it worth your time to send them my way.
If you refer someone to Harpley House and they become a client, I’ll pay you $500.
How It Works
If you know a contractor who wants more work, send them my way.
If they start working with me and stay on for 60 days, you get paid $500. I’ll send it via Venmo or whatever works best for you.
There’s no limit to how many people you can refer.
Important: Different Service Only
I only work with one contractor per service in each city.
That means if you’re a tree service company in your city, I’m not bringing in another tree company to compete with you.
Because of that, your referral needs to be in a different service than yours.
Examples:
- If you do tree work → refer a concrete company
- If you do concrete → refer a roofer, landscaper, etc.
This keeps things fair and protects your position.
Who I’m Looking For
Not every contractor is a good fit.
The best referrals are people who:
- Answer their phone
- Actually want more work
- Are looking to grow
If they miss calls or aren’t serious about taking on more jobs, it usually doesn’t work.
What They Can Expect
You can tell them this upfront.
I typically generate around 2 to 3 new customer contacts per week.
That’s been consistent across my clients, and it gives them a clear idea of what to expect.
Best Way to Refer Someone
The easiest way is a quick email intro.
Just connect me and them in the same email. That’s it.
You can also just give them my info and have them reach out directly.

If you want to make it easy, just send this:
“Hey, I’ve been working with Harpley House and they’ve been sending me consistent customer contacts. You should reach out to them if you’re looking for more work.”
